ARRHES
A deposit is required in order to guarantee any reservation. This deposit must be paid directly to the hotel, either by bank transfer or by direct debit, within a period of time communicated at the time of the reservation request. The reservation becomes firm and definitive only on receipt of the deposit by the Baie des Sirènes, within the specified time. The balance of the stay must be paid on site at reception. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
Deposits paid are non-refundable, but will be credited, particularly in the event of cancellation or no-show – see paragraph: no-show.

STAMP DUTY
A stamp fee will be charged for all cash payments.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
A reservation can only be considered confirmed and guaranteed once the deposit has been received by the hotel.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY DEPARTURES
Changes to bookings are possible, subject to availability.
To cancel a booking, the customer is invited to contact La Baie des Sirènes by email: contact@baiedessirenes.com. Cancellation of a booking requested by email will only be effective after confirmation of cancellation has been sent by email to the customer by La Baie des Sirènes. In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be recoverable but will be the subject of a credit note.
In the event of departure before the date specified at the time of booking: the total amount of the stay initially booked remains payable.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival: although we make every effort to make your room available as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that it will be available before 3pm. In accordance with generally accepted practice, admission to your room is subject to presentation of proof of identity.
Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
Late check-out: Check-out time is 12.00 pm, late check-out is possible until 2.00 pm if accepted by reception.
It is automatically charged at 50% of a night’s stay per room.
Departures after 4pm are charged at the rate of a full night’s stay and must be authorised in advance by reception.

NO SHOW
In the event of a no-show by the customer on the scheduled date and/or in the absence of a formal cancellation 72 hours before the reservation date, the 1st night will be invoiced and the rest of the stay will be cancelled automatically.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND POOL RULES
ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL IS STRICTLY RESERVED FOR GUESTS OF THE HOTEL LA BAIE DES SIRÈNES.
THE POOL IS OPEN FROM 8AM TO 6PM – SHOWER COMPULSORY.
THE SWIMMING POOL IS SUPERVISED ONLY DURING OPENING HOURS.
CHILDREN AGED 0 TO 12 ARE UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR PARENTS.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO DIVE AND/OR RUN AROUND THE POOL.
DANGEROUS AND/OR SHARP OBJECTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL.
PEOPLE WHO ARE ILL AND/OR CONTAGIOUS MUST REFRAIN FROM SWIMMING.
IN ORDER TO RESPECT THE PEACE AND QUIET OF OTHERS, AMPLIFIED SOUND EQUIPMENT IS PROHIBITED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL.
APPROPRIATE CLOTHING IS REQUIRED.
THE BURKINI IS FORBIDDEN.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE, AROUND THE POOL OR ON THE BEACH.

CAPACITY AND OCCUPANCY OF ROOMS AND SUITES
Accommodation rates are per night and per room, for double or single occupancy.
Our standard bungalows have a maximum capacity of 2 people, plus 1 baby bed and/or an extra bed.
Our executive suites have a maximum capacity of 2 people, plus 1 baby bed
Our family suites have a maximum capacity of 4 people, plus 2 baby beds and/or 2 extra beds.
Baby cots and extra beds are available on request only. Extra beds in rooms are subject to a supplement, as specified in our price list.

DAMAGE AND MISSING ITEMS
Damage and missing items resulting from intentional action or obvious negligence on the part of a customer may be invoiced, with detailed supporting documents, without prior notice.

PETS
Pets (under 10kg) are allowed in our establishment, but are not allowed in the areas where meals are served or in the hotel swimming pools. They must remain under the effective control of their owners at all times.
